- We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.
- However, exchange is allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days after proper verification.
- Once an order is processed, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
- In case of high demand, custom work, or unforeseen delays, it may take up to 10–15 working days.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- Our team will assist you with the return or pickup process (if applicable).
🔸 Custom Orders Policy
We also offer custom jewellery orders as per your requirements.
- A partial or full advance payment is required for all custom orders.
- Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
- No return, exchange, or refund is applicable on custom-made products.
- As these pieces are specially crafted, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After this, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
- Once processed or dispatched, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
