✨ Return, Refund & Exchange Policy ✨

At Antique Silver Jewellery, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


🔸 Return & Refund Policy

  • We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.                                                         
  • However, exchange is allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.                                                                                                                             
  • In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days after proper verification.                                                                                     
  • Once an order is processed, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

🔸Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.                                                                                                                            
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.                                              
  • Customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.                                  
  • Unboxing video without cuts is mandatory for all exchange requests.                                                               
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.                                                    
  • All exchange requests are  subject to verification and approval.                                                                                       

    Replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days after approval.

🔸 Exchange Process

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.                                                                                                                                      
  • In case of high demand, custom work, or unforeseen delays, it may take up to 10–15 working days.                                                                                                  
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.              
  • Our team will assist you with the return or pickup process (if applicable).

🔸 Custom Orders Policy

We also offer custom jewellery orders as per your requirements.

  • A partial or full advance payment is required for all custom orders.                          
  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled.                                                     
  • No return, exchange, or refund is applicable on custom-made products.                   
  • As these pieces are specially crafted, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🔸 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.               
  • After this, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.                                    
  • Once processed or dispatched, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.                                                                                                                       
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled under any condition.

🔸 Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.        
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details.

🔸 Terms & Conditions

  • All products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color or detailing may occur.         
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.                                    
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.                                                         
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete details while placing an order.                   
  • Placing an order signifies acceptance of all our policies.

🔸 Payment Policy

  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards & COD.                      
  • COD is available on select orders and may include additional charges.                       
  • All prepaid orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

🔸 Disclaimer

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution.                          
  • Slight design variations are natural in handcrafted jewellery and are not defects.

  • No exchange or refund will be applicable for used, worn, or customer-damaged items.                                                                                                                
  • Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or handcrafted detailing.                                                                                                        
  • During festive seasons, high order volumes, or courier-related delays, processing and delivery timelines may be slightly extended.                                                              
  • We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch to deliver the best product to our customers.
